Autumn, the colours, the smells and the leaves…

I’m in it right now and it’s just getting better and better.

Classically sexy – pencil skirt and killer heels.

Honesty is usually the best policy, but you’ve got to be honest with yourself before you can be honest with others.
Which of the 4 seasons do you love the most?
The summer. I’m happiest when I can feel the warmth of the sun on my skin.
What’s your ultimate dream passion / career?
My ultimate career has always been to spend my time doing what I love and to get paid for it. In my case, this is dancing and fitness. I love giving women confidence in their bodies where there was none. I really love doing what I do and I hope to pass on some of my passion to those I meet.
Imagine that you are 90 years old, and have travelled back in time. What advice would you give yourself right now?
I would tell myself to believe in myself a bit more, that everything that is supposed to happen will happen in time. I would remind myself to live in the moment - the past has been and gone, and the future is yet to happen so don’t worry about it so much!
