At 41 I am in the best shape of my life. After years and years of destructive habits (think alcohol/drugs/eating disorders) 4 years ago I stepped up and really started looking after my body.
From tiny acorns – oaks do grow. I started my new body rituals with just a 15 minute walk in the park with my dog daily. Nowadays you will find me every morning (about 7 am) in the gym happily doing cardio and lifting weights.
I love that exercise is part of my life. It makes me feel so good about myself and heightens my confidence to new sparkling levels. Im like a fine wine – Im getting better with age! So its over to you gorgeous one.
